About Us
Landmark provides Infusion Therapies directly to Patients in homes and facilities across North Texas, including IV drugs, equipment, supplies, nursing and administration services.
We work with Physicians and Discharge Team to develop individual IV treatment plans that maximize the effectiveness of Home Infusion Therapy, and our clinical staff is expert at orchestrating complex Infusion Therapies in the home.

Timely Deliveries
From our Intake Team processing orders with a rapid pace, to our Clinical Team following up on orders, to our Production Team working to fill and prepare orders, to our Delivery Team who packages and delivers medication and supplies to patients' homes throughout DFW, we work tirelessly to serve our Patients in a timely and accurate manner. We look forward to serving Patients and Referral Partners with our timely order processing and deliveries.
Our talented team of Clinical Pharmacists and Licensed Pharmacy Technicians bring expertise and the upmost level of care and customer service. Our Clinical Teams check in with Patients weekly to process refills, answer questions, and check Patients' supply counts to ensure Patients don't miss a dose and have a seamless transition in their home infusion therapy. Our team prioritizes communication and gets questions answered quickly for our Patients and their Healthcare Providers.

Our team handles home health nursing coordination, maximizing Patient's reimbursement, clinical dosing support, and lab interpretation. Our Pharmacists are on-call 24/7 for our Patients.
